Return Policy

  1. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with the correct address. Please double check before submitting payment.
  2. This shop does NOT accept returns, nor is it responsible for lost items, as each package is shipped off with a tracking number. Please check with your local post office if there are any difficulties that arise after we update you with tracking.
  3. If the item is damaged during delivery, please email us with photographic proofs of the damaged areas. We will send you a new copy if the proofs are valid, but might require you to return the damaged item to me, at your own expense.
  4. Please understand that we handle such claims on a case-by-case basis. We check all copies of our merchandise before packaging and shipping them out. Hence, there may be times where we cannot accept your case if the proof and detail provided are insufficient.
