Shipping Info

 

PLEASE READ: Due to the new laws, we are currently unable to ship parcels to Germany. Letter mail for stickers and miniprints will remain uninterrupted.

Other EU customers should be aware of VAT laws that may trigger an additional customs fee before the package can be delivered. Please only buy if you can pay the fee, as your package will likely be sent back if not. If the package is returned, only the cost of the products can refunded. The shipping will not be refunded.

• Please ensure that your address is correctly written at the time of check-out, as we will not be responsible after we mark the product as shipped.
• All orders come with tracking numbers. In the case where an international customer is ordering only paper products (i.e. stickers / prints) we can mail them out in a normal letter to reduce on shipping costs. If you do not want to risk your mail getting lost, you can upgrade to the normal package shipping tier, with tracking included.
• Due to COVID-19 delivery to certain countries have been suspended. If your country is on this list, I will hold your order until services are no longer suspended, and mail at a later date.
• We are based in the USA and will calculate shipping based off USPS Ground rates. Average time to arrival is within 2 weeks after mailing out.
• International orders may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months after being shipped. Please allow the package time to arrive before contacting me.
